7x 2min on 1 minute off. Ended up being 13 minutes of faster running because I took the first interval out way too hard and suffered in the 2nd and third. Cut the 3rd one short then rallied to finish the workout. Not much energy today for running much less running harder! At least I am trying to do something every week.
