Notes

Workout was Pyramid with Russian step intervals. Predictably I failed. This workout seems impossible for me. I don't know how to bridge up to it, but I need to figure it out because it is frustrating to fail. I get a bit over halfway up the pyramid and then my legs just can't hold the cadence. I think the short rest interval of 20s isn't enough for me at those high power settings. The Russian steps part goes ok but then there doesn't seem to be enough of a rest interval on the down part of the pyramid for the first few steps. After that I can pick it up and finish.
