Decided to get a short bike instead of sprinting. It seems my heel likes a day off between sprinting. :(

Anyway, made the most of this, doing first the Kennedy hill and then back via Shannon or "Shennady" as they call it around here. 994' gain according to Garmin so a good workout. Feeling actually pretty strong even though I am in terrible biking shape. Perhaps it is the weights I have been doing every week? I do need to lose some lbs, though, to make steeper hills easier. No way I could summit Hicks road at the current state of marshmallowness.
