Week 7 Day 5 Sprint Training
Added a lap to the warmup so I did 1200m warmup, Dynamic flexibility, drills
2x100m buildups
Heel feels weird. Wore a salonpas pad to help with the discomfort. Track was too busy this morning so I opted for an afternoon workout. It was super hot out.
