Workout was 2x10m, so 2x 13x:30 115%FTP, :15 sec recovery. Improvement over the last time I did this workout around a month ago. Last time I crashed in the 3rd to last interval and was able to pick it back up for the last two. This time I did the entire workout successfully without any crashes. Not sure I could do another whole set yet.
