Week 5 Day 2 Fall Sprint Training
4-6x150m sprint cruise sprint 50m-30m-70m @ 90-95% with 5-8 min rest
So I opted for 5 reps with 5 min rests. I got at it pretty hard today and felt like i made some progress with regards to driving more into the track on the 70m part and during the initial acceleration. I was losing form at the end of the last two so shut it down after 5 rather than 6. Heel was apparent but not really limiting. Had to divert around a few ambling people making unwelcome excursions into the lanes. The times aren't where I want them yet...Must have patience. Good workout today.
