@ LGCT by myself. Warm up for 2 miles. 3 miles progressing down. 2.5 mile cooldown. Having more pain/discomfort in butt again and my damned right foot has a huge painful callous which won't seem to go away. This workout sucked but I got it done. Not sure how "progressive" it ended up being. I put out a good effort. Splits recorded separately.
