Tired, a bit sick and slow. Beautiful dirt road through a canyon. Had to break the run up into this one or 6.5 miles and then 1.5 miles because bighorn sheep were mating/fighting in the center of the trail. A unique experience. Wish I had brought my phone/camera.
Edited to add that I checked Garmin and training peaks and I got 3 all time speed records in 400m, 800m, and 1000m. WTF? I just don't get my body sometimes.
