Week 5 Day 5 Sprint Training
800m warmup, Dynamic flexibility, drills
2x100m buildups
Heel slightly painful to start but then loosened up. Rest of warmup went ok, except pain in my quads during the 100m accelerations. Not good. Only did a couple of drills today - marching and carioca.
