I biked! Finally. Cold out for biking but it was still pretty enjoyable except that the road in the neighborhood across Simms are in terrible shape and they are doing construction work on the road in front of the condos. My rear tire slid out twice. I feel very out of shape which does not bode well for my century ride in two weeks. Oh well. Hopefully I can reset my body and get some of my fitness back.
