Acceleration/starts

Wore my track spikes to try and get used to them. Kept it very short since the girl's soccer team showed up to practice. I did 2x40-50m then 2x100m at 90-95%. Went alright. Wished I could have done more repeats but glad I got out there and did something at least. I still need to find a more convenient track and open time where I can wear spikes. Campbell community track doesn't allow them.
