Notes

Workout was 3 x 3 minutes@ VO2Max. 3 minutes easy between.

Then 10 minutes. Then 1 x 5 minutes at FTP + 5%, 5 minutes easy after.

Remainder of ride time at zone 2. Went pretty well, but the hill made it a bit more difficult than prescribed.
