9x320m, 30 sec btw
Intensive tempo intervals today. I ended up doing 1x320m, 320m+1min btwn (missed watch), then 4x320m, 30s, then 320m recovery + 1 min, then 4x320m 30s for a total of 9x320m reps.
It went alright. Not great, not horrible. Trouble holding pace on the last ones.
