Fun evening at the velodrome. Did the warmup 20 laps with the Sprinters paceline. Then my workout was flying 500s. 2-3 laps at the rail followed by all out 500s. I did 3 sets of 2. Actually the last one I cut to a 200m since I was pretty tired. That last half lap of the 500 feels very hard to me right now. Also, I haven't changed my gears yet on the workouts, but I did change my configuration to a 14 cog and 45 on the front (86.8) rather than the previous 15 cog and 48 on the front (86.4).
