Tough but good. Re-Test of Road bike shifters/brake cables. Got new housings, barrel adjusters. It seems much better, just a hint of noisiness I might or might not be able to get rid of. Shifting is smooth and accurate on hills.

Started at Lexington Dam for a change of pace. Rode Alma Bridge to Aldercroft Heights. Rode entire length of the very rolly Aldercroft Heights until the dead end (by mistake, missed turn). Then went back and climbed Old Santa Cruz Hwy and Summit Rd. Descended part of Summit and the very steep, windy Bear Creek back to Alma Bridge. This one took quite a while on account of the elevation change - 2500'. Also slow because I had to stop and look at my gps multiple times because I kept feeling like I was getting lost. There are times when the roads go to one lane! The whole thing was a bit weird, but the trees were beautiful. Saw a double bike with two happy riders descending Old Santa Cruz. Amazing how many stupid cars were on Summit Rd. Would not want to do this if the roads were wet, but might try a different route with some of the same roads again sometime.
