Notes

The workout was 2x10m 13x(:30 high power, :15 recovery) with 3 min btw. Tough going on the 2nd set. I almost was able to complete every interval. The 3rd to the last one got me and I had to take :15 sec extra recovery. Was able to get back on track for the last two intervals. Glad I got it done.
