While ferrying K's car from San Jose to its new place in CO. Planned on biking with A in SJ but the air quality was something terrible. Since I had the bike with me decided to ride on the morning before the 2nd travel day.
St. George is a beautiful place. Love it. The ride was good, rolling hills up to the top of Hwy 18 and a bit further, then back down. Weather was perfect. One of the spokes on my front wheel became unattached, though. Also front wheel was wobbly, making for scary descending and going over bumps. Otherwise I could have gone for longer. Happy to get back on the bike, but the ubercross needs fixing before I ride again. Can't wait until my road bike gets here.
