Week 1 Day 1 Fall Sprint Training
4-5x30m starts (100m startline), 3min rest
4x40-60m starts (200m startline) 3-5min rest
Did 4x30m and 4x60m. Went ok. Starting on the curve was interesting and felt quite a bit different. Heel was bugging me a bit but not so much I couldn't put out a good effort.
