Epic trainer ride. Did Ebbetts pass North followed by a recovery on the Panama Canal entrance followed by Monitor pass West. This was pretty tough and wore me out. At least I am getting idea of how the hills are and working on my strength and endurance. Glad to get it done. Panama canal was beautifully filmed in the sunset and an enjoyable respite. Around 6000' climbing today.
