Notes

1st trainer ride of the new year. High cadence and high power. The cadence wasn't quite as high because I chose to ride up this hill but the right effort levels were there. Workout was 3x:30min with 1min btw at high cadence/power. Then 2 min recovery. Then 3x:20 with :40 between. Then the main session was 3x9min. The first 9 min had 3 high power bursts. Each 9 min was at as high a cadence I could hold at threshold power going up the hill. Good workout.
