So I finally made it back up here. Pretty decent run overall. I added on the portion up Bald Mountain at the end. Great (albeit short) trail with an astounding view. Weather was cool, breezy with fog so I skipped the stairmaster to the upper lookout on Mt. Um. Rt. heel has been giving a ton of trouble lately with all of the dogwalking. Oh well. It is just going to be what it will be. Need to foam roll calves more, I think, and do the walks in higher heeled shoes or with heel lifts.
