upper calf was tight when I started. I thought it'd loosen up but it only got worse and was hurting by the time I got back. Feels better now that I've stopped though!
I didn't want to go yesterday, despite the fact that it was going to give me a poor start on my Dec goal. Also, what happened to less beer and more sleep. I was up until 130 or so last night sipping a couple beers while i cleaned the house in anticipation of house guests this weekend.
