Easy run after work to move the legs (probably do my long run tomorrow), and also to get me over the 900 mile mark for this year. While i was getting ready, it was absolutely pouring. I threw on my worst pair of shoes and prepared to get soaked. It only eased up after i started, the sun even started to come out at the end. Turned it into a puddle run, because i'm sick of these shoes.
