Notes
It was pretty icy in the parking lot and at the start, but not too bad after that. Chilly out there this morning, and i spent most of my time trying to figure out what kind of layers to wear.
I saw my time at mile 2, and thought that the distance may have been a little off (a little surprised at that pace).
I saved my splits at all the mile markers but wasn't watching the time, i just ran what felt like a fast but sustainable pace. I nearly caught the guy ahead of me on that hill on the last 0.4 mile, but couldn't quite do it (he ended up winning our AG but and we talked a bunch after the race he was cool).
I was happy, as that's a PR for me, and i got a red ribbon. Good race, the course was nice, rolling hills, lots of farmland and cows.
