Issaquah Run 10k (which I believe used to be the Salmon Days Race, but here we are).
Felt pretty good, this morning. Took off at what felt like a good pace. I saw, and hit lap on my watch, one mile marker, which was mile 3. I almost didn't wear a watch today, as I just wanted to go by feel. So I don't know my mile times, but I know the overall.
There were some fast guys out there today. Well, 5:49's are fast for me, and on a 48+ mile week, I guess that's not too shabby.
