Foggy and cool this morning, which was prefect fall weather if you ask me.
Some PF pain last week to go with the stiff hamstring. I started a new job on Monday, so that kept me busy and helped me take a little time off running.
Been stretching and doing the PT exercise, not enough, but some at least. Got some new shorts for my b-day and need a shower, so I went for a short jog this morning.
