Fun in the forest. Summer solstice this weekend, and it's light here until almost 10 pm. I ran the trails with little/no help from the headlamp I carried. Though I did trip once though (for the first time!).
I dream of distance races during the day. It makes me happy to think of, calendar, and look up races. Marathons in Sep, and ultras in Oct/Nov.
Will this be enough movtivation for milage? I hope so!
