Oh man i felt good out there today. Really needed a high qaulity run like that. Maybe it's due to all the time off i've been taking. Whatever the case, it felt great, there weren't too many people around, and i felt a nice little cool breeze towards the end (maybe it was speed related). Effort was minimal today to, which made it feel even better.
