Well my watch wasn't in the car, so it's MIA right now. Hopefully it'll turn up soon, meanwhile I might try to go find another one if time allows tomorrow.
Went for a hilly 8 tonight, putting in effort on the uphills, and while racing to beat the traffic lights. Almost taper time. Also if your knee hurts the next couple days, blame these shoes and/or route.
