Birthday run. Ran down the riverfront path to Alton Baker Park. Decided to hit the trails there (Pre's Trail) for a bit, 'cause who doesn't love bark covered running paths? I don't know my way around there, so a did about 11 minutes out and 8 back (didn't quite know where I was). Hit the trail and clocked off a quarter mile (which seems to be accurate on this side of the river.
Then off to drink beer and have a nice dinner.....
