Notes
Drove to Burnham for a run after work (had to be there at 7 this am, so i got out a little early). I'd forgotten my watch. I swear the clock in my car said 4:33 when i got out. It said 5:40 when i got back (and 6:10 when i got home, fucking traffic!). I really don't feel like i was running that fast though. I'm not sure where the discrepancy lies, oh well, maybe I just had a great run (thanks to that upstairs treadmill? Side Note: I'm pretty sure that sucker is fast. Katie can vouch for me on this - that after a five miler on that treadmill, 8 or 9 on the lake front resembles a cakewalk. I'm not sure if it's the heat upstairs the type of 'mill or the foxnews on tv, but something up there decrease my energy and increases my antipathy of the that thing).
Kind of feel a little head-cold on, so i ended early (instead of doing 10 or 12 like i intended). Sleeping well tonight.
