legs dead
if legs are feeling dead, keep pushing workout days but force yourself to slow down on normal easy runs for hte next few days, i'm saying like 7:30 pace at most. Trust me, it'll make a difference As long as you're running for the same amount of time, it'll still continue to improve your fitness.
