mile splits were 6:00, 5:52, 5:52, 5:46, 5:40, 5:25. felt aerobically quite easy but my hip started acting up 4.5 miles in which made me stop a mile earlier than I intended. made up for that by taking the last mile relatively hard. hip not any worse than in the past but didnt feel too good. I think legs are still quite juiced from sunday.
