Notes

4x8x200 w/ 30 sec rest and 3 min set break. 3 min before last one. felt generally decent. good to be at or below goal mile/1500 pace for 4 miles worth of work. legs are pretty tired for sure but we will be getting an off day later this week so that hopefully will help the little guys out.
