Moderately paced "efficiency" tempo. took the last 5 days easy so a pretty light workout to get back into the swing of things. I'd say it went fairly well apart from some moderate side cramps around the midway point. Never really a huge fan of doing workouts in the morning so with that being considered it was decent.
