i felt pretty good and the weather was nice so after a bit over two miles i worked into an up tempo 5 mile piece. it's kinda sad to me that the only real bottleneck in my running currently is the large amount of side cramps i get. today it was not a huge deal and i was able to run somewhat fast but were this not an issue I could've kept it in the 5:40s after the second mile. instead i had to slow down to mid 5:50s which isn't terrible but not the best. still a decent quality day. slow 4 miles to get home.

sick times. Hope those side cramps go away. You have any idea what the cause is?

i really got no idea dude. i think it must be food related but i try to eat a big lunch every day before running so i should be adequately fueled beforehand. i also have monitored my weight and it has pretty much stabilized since july so it shouldnt be an issue

Maybe water/electrolyte intake? I forget if side stitches are a muscle thing or something else but that could be it. Or maybe you just gotta start doing the twisty back stretch or something before you run.

yea you could be right about electrolytes or also vitamins etc. could really be anything though lol. thats a good point tho, doing some stretches or a little bit of core used to always help when i had this problem in the past
