heart rate maxed out in 170s in last mile

this felt extremely good and pretty easy for what it was. if I wanted to really push it i think i coulda run a few more miles at around 5:40 after this but of course it is only july so there is no reason to go crazy. i believe i am in dirty dirty shape.
