kinda screwed up my workout today. my intention was to do 3x1 mile at 8k pace w/ 3:30 rest, but I ended up going faster than I should've. I compensated by increasing the rest to 4:30 in between reps. The workout still felt pretty good regardless, which I guess is a good sign. glad that the pace more or less evened out for the 2nd and 3rd reps.
