3 x 3-2-1 pickups. estimate on the mileage. felt pretty decent today actually. my legs were kinda sauced going into this so I was fearing a shit tier workout but it actually went well. I felt like i could power through the 3 min and 2 min reps off of just aerobic strength but then when we got to the 1 min reps my legs (particularly calves) were feeling effed due to the increase in speed. still a pretty solid workout though.
i realized im at 82.5 miles for last seven days which is a tie for highest ive ever done i think. feeling pretty good for sure but prolly should take it easy for the next few days to race well sat. probably no double tomorrow or thursday and take friday off
