hit em with the big fat 21 miles today. felt pretty good for the most part, some on and off side cramps in the back half. i think i should honestly be bringing some food or some sort of calories to take in if im gonna do this for real. i get to a point where i feel like my body has just run out of energy to use but i still gotta keep chugging along
idk if doing more than 2 hour long runs is really necessary for college 8k running but shit like this is more of a mental test than anything. i have this idea that if a 20 mile long run gets to be easy for me then an 8k race will feel like childs play.
