first mile was like 6:15 which I guess is what happens when you listen to death grips when you're running. reeled it in after that though and the rest of the run was at a more consistent pace. little bit of barefoot running at the end which felt nice.
saw my cross country coach from high school out there on the bike. love that. talked a bit about running and the fella was surprised to see I continued running in college. I guess we never talked about it.
