3x6x200m. basically just the same workout we do every week in track, instead just did sets of 6 rather than 8. i.e. rest was the same and whatnot. pretty ok first time doing it hit 34s consistently. honestly felt a lot worse than the tempo run the other day. makes sense just coming off of xc training it makes sense to like the more aerobic stuff. gotta get used to faster turnover type workouts like this.
