even though i tempod on saturday i said fuck it and just did another one today. basically idea was to start easy at 5:50 and work it down a lot. this felt really good. only really started to feel worked in fourth mile. i mean this is a lot faster than my 8k from xc lmao and a 5 mile is further than a 8k. covid sucks . i gotta race some shit
