Day 128: Medium-paced late afternoon run (based on both effort and ending heart rate). Plenty of rest and cooler weather made a huge difference on my pace. This was a brilliant finish to a record month for me (138.11 miles).
Splits: 8:31, 8:18, 8:12, 8:04, 1:15.7 (8:35/mile).
285m interval on return (4th mile): 1:12 (6:47/mile).
At finish: 136/18.
