My first outdoor run since Christmas Day and my longest run since Dec. 18. Thursday's temperature was 40 degrees Fahrenheit, with sun and only a light south breeze. I took a slower pace, being especially careful in places where there was snow, slush, or ice. Since the bike trail was not plowed at Monterey Park, I followed Riverside Drive; the distance is the same (I checked it). This. Was. Awesome.
