Summary: Last workouts in nice weather before much colder weather sets in. My run was 3.5 minutes run, 1 minute walk, repeat 3 times, then run a fourth 3.5 minute segment. Even the strong winds didn't stop me!

Route: Van Buren to Franklin to trail, to first street crossing, return via trail and Linn St.
