Nice morning: cool but sunny with a light breeze. I didn't feel very strong, so I ran slow and steady. Took the last hill, still running this year (last year I had to walk some of it). I didn't get the app stopped at the finish, so it ran over a minute extra. Official time of 1:56:16 was a PR by nearly 3 minutes, and last year's course was 1/3 of a mile short. Placed 6th in my age group (1st place was 1:33!) and 146th overall (there were well over 300 runners). I was much less sore than last year. I was pleased with this result.
