Felt sluggish; only planned to run 2 or 3 miles. Did 1-min walks at every .4 and .9 except last mile (.3 and .65). Felt great from mile 3 to finish.
Route: Started as SW New 3.70; followed trail around SW to boat ramp, then returned, taking an extra loop to McKinley Street to make it over 6 miles.
Weather: Cloudy, southeast wind, 64°.
