7:30 a.m. was cool enough but awfully humid! I took a slower pace (9:20-ish) and ran the 270m interval on the way back. My legs felt slow and heavy, but I took it in 1:12 (7:09 pace) which was better than I expected. I'm thankful to be able to run at all!
