Notes
This hardly qualifies as LSD since it was both longer and faster (marginally) than my leg on last week's Skelly relay. I felt sluggish until about mile 5, breezed through the next two miles, then started feeling punk at 7.6; the last part of the run was a grind. But the weather was nice, and I got my run in while the bread was rising at home!
Right Achilles acted up at mile 7.6, contributing to or possibly causing the bonk.
But this was a PR for this route, and my one-hour distance of 6.81 miles was also probably a PR (I covered only 6.57 miles in the first hour of my half marathon last April).
